In addition to receiving one-on-one support, you will also be provided the opportunity to participate in customized group workshops.

Designed to help you with learning about Canadian workplace culture and enhancing your interpersonal communication skills, these workshops are a prerequisite for participation in the STEP and Internship programs. (Maximum of 8 participants for each group session)
Networks is a job start program to help you identify your personal career goals, develop essential skills, and increase your self-confidence for successful entry into the Canadian workplace.
In addition to completing a series of group workshops, a Job Coach will assist you with your search for employment.

While completing the program, participants will be directly completed to an Employment Counsellor who will monitor their progress and provide feedback on all activities that are completed.

The Energy Sector Language Training course is designed to assist Engineers, Geoscientists, Chemists, Accountants, workers in Skilled Trades, and other support staff with developing their professional workplace communication skills to work in the Oil and Gas Industry.
