AXIS Career Services aims to empower internationally trained workers with the skills, knowledge, and information necessary to become independent, contributing members of the community and successfully integrate into the Newfoundland and Labrador workforce.

Established in 1995, AXIS Career Services, the employment division of the Association for New Canadians is working collaboratively to connect industry, professional associations, and community in Newfoundland and Labrador with internationally trained workers.
Since 1996, AXIS has introduced a wide range of programs and initiatives to assist internationally trained workers to integrate into the Newfoundland and Labrador workforce by providing them with a better understanding of Canadian occupational culture, as well as opportunities to secure meaningful employment.
Our online portal, www.Axiscareers.net, is a unique tool that assist Employers fill the job gap with internationally trained workers and Newcomers. The website contains relevant information on immigration and the labour market, which assists Employers, and Jobseekers find the answers they are looking for.
